Your access and use of the Platform, including all content (“Content”), telehealth services and  wellness programs, and any other product or service provided by KZ Wellness, PLLC (collectively, the “Service”) are governed by this Privacy Policy.

As part of the Service, KZ Wellness, PLLC has licensed medical providers who deliver secure online consultations, prescription management, nutrition and exercise education, general lifestyle advice and messaging between patients and clinicians. These professional medical services are part of our overall Service, and all references to “we” or “us” include KZ Wellness, PLLC and its affiliated healthcare providers.

By creating an account, booking a consultation, or using our Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and post the revised version on our website.

No Use Outside of the United States

The Service is intended for use only by individuals located within the United States. This Privacy Policy and all data practices are governed exclusively by U.S. law.

No Use by Minors

Our Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a minor’s information has been collected, we will delete it unless retention is required by law (e.g., when stored as part of a medical record).   • You must be physically located in Connecticut during telehealth encounters.
  • Electronic transmissions are stored within the United States.

Our Platform may link to third-party websites (pharmacies, Shoreline Therapy Center insurers). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review those sites’ privacy policies before sharing information.

Email and Text Communication

Standard email or text messaging may not be secure. We encourage use of our encrypted patient portal thru Practice Better for medical communications.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
