Basic membership includes: initial telehealth assessment, personalized nutrition and exercise care plans, unlimited direct messaging with your KZ Wellness, PLLC care team, monthly telehealth follow up visits for review of progress and direct access to behavioral health therapy thru The Shoreline Therapy Center

Premium membership includes: initial telehealth assessment, personalized weight management, nutrition and exercise care plans, prescription access to FDA approved GLP-1/GIP Tirzepatide, unlimited direct messaging with your KZ Wellness, PLLC care team, monthly telehealth follow up visits for review of progress, side effect assessment and prescription refills and direct access to behavioral health therapy thru The Shoreline Therapy Center

Premium membership $100/month
No, however we will prescribe your Tirzepatide. Depending on your insurance plan, the medication cost may be covered and you will be responsible for your co-pay. If not covered, you will have to self-pay. We use the Eli Lilly Pharmacy.

No, however we will provide you direct expedited access to scheduling an appointment for weekly or monthly therapy focused on cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, environmental control and goal setting – keys skills in sustainable change!
